You'll balance team development with hands-on deal execution, fostering a culture of value-based selling.   • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of field sales professionals
  • Define operational metrics and report on team performance
  • Cultivate new business and secure strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on new business development sales experience
  • At least 1 year of direct line management of outbound sellers
  • Professional sales background in B2B SaaS industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Polish and English
