You'll balance team development with hands-on deal execution, fostering a culture of value-based selling. This role offers the chance to build a track record in a bootstrapped, high-growth tech environment with a product powering 10%+ of global M&A activity.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of field sales professionals
- Define operational metrics and report on team performance
- Cultivate new business and secure strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on new business development sales experience
- At least 1 year of direct line management of outbound sellers
- Professional sales background in B2B SaaS industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Polish and English
