You'll shape the architecture of a platform that challenges even the best engineers. This role is fully remote for candidates in Argentina or Brazil as an Independent Contractor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship production-grade AI agents for insurance workflows
• Shape the architecture of a complex platform with product team
• Own creation and maintenance of unit tests with AI-assisted testing
• Solve performance, scalability, and reliability challenges

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Python web development experience
• 3+ years with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• 3+ years of SaaS product development with cloud solutions
• Daily use of agentic AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex)

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years at a scaling startup
• Experience with spec-driven development using AI
• Hands-on experience building production AI agents with LangChain or LangGraph
