💼 About This Role

You'll support daily operations in a Sur La Table store, inspiring customers through their culinary journey. You'll drive sales by sharing product knowledge and delivering memorable customer experiences. This role helps create happiness through cooking and promotes repeat visits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage customers, identify needs, and recommend products
• Process sales, returns, and price checks using POS system
• Assist with opening/closing, floor replenishment, and visual merchandising
• Complete inventory transactions (receiving, MOS, RARs)

📋 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Available to work 12-16 hours per week
• Ability to stand for up to 4 hours
• Ability to lift merchandise up to 50 lbs

• 1 year of retail sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems
