You'll own and execute UA strategy across multiple products, managing large-scale budgets on channels like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok. You'll lead a high-performing team to drive millions of installs, optimizing performance through KPI analysis and collaborating with cross-functional teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and execute UA strategy across different products
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UA specialists
• Optimize acquisition performance through KPI analysis
• Build and maintain relationships with ad networks

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on UA experience in mobile gaming or apps
• 2+ years of experience managing people and teams
• Deep knowledge of mobile growth stack: MMPs, mediation, analytics
• Fluent English communication is a must

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Hybrid Casual or IAP-driven UA
• Passion for music and gaming
• Experience with DSPs and programmatic buying
