💼 About This Role

You'll lead and coach a small team of Implementation Managers while owning strategic customer onboarding for Tabs' AI-native revenue platform. Your work directly shapes scalable delivery processes that ensure successful go-lives for high-growth finance and accounting teams. This player-coach role offers the chance to build a function from the ground up at a well-funded startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor a small team of Implementation Managers
• Lead end-to-end onboarding for complex, high-impact customers
• Refine playbooks, standardize workflows, and improve internal tooling
• Surface implementation insights to Product and Engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of software implementation or customer onboarding experience at SaaS companies
• Experience mentoring or managing a small team while maintaining direct project ownership
• Strong technical and accounting fluency, including ASC 606 revenue recognition knowledge
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end complex client implementations

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or Big Four experience
• Background in accounting or finance software
• Experience with NetSuite or QuickBooks ERP integrations
