💼 About This Role

You'll develop and deliver theater engagement training for 1st Special Forces Command, focusing on regional expertise and cultural competency. You'll conduct research, create curriculum, and train personnel through classroom and field exercises. This role supports U.S. Army Special Operations and requires top-secret clearance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess and develop training products based on AOR research
• Provide regional training for specific units' AOR
• Incorporate cross-cultural competency into curriculum
• Conduct end-of-training assessments via tests and presentations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field (international relations, political science, etc.)
• 8+ years combined DoD/Gov experience supporting specific AOR
• 1 year of experience living/deploying to target AOR within last 5 years
• Top-Secret security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• 15 years combined experience in lieu of degree
• DOD language course with 1+/1+ OPI in target AOR
• Joint Command level experience
