Description

You will lead the day-to-day operations and maintenance of building systems, supervising engineering staff and contractors to ensure efficient and safe building performance. You'll coordinate preventive maintenance, oversee vendor compliance, and collaborate with tenants and property managers to resolve issues.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Five to seven years of industry-related experience
• At least one year of supervisory experience
• CFC Certification preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, energy management software, CMMS

Responsibilities

• Monitor operating condition of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
• Supervise and mentor junior Engineers and Technicians
• Collaborate with tenants, contractors, and property managers
• Conduct building inspections and manage preventive maintenance schedules
