You'll build and lead a team of 5-6 Account Executives for a high-growth application security platform. You'll drive revenue through value-based selling and cross-functional collaboration with CS, SAs, SDRs, and Marketing. - Lead team of 5-6 Account Executives to exceed revenue targets
- Orchestrate cross-functional partners to execute territory strategy
- Drive pipeline generation through strategic prospecting and SDR partnership
- Coach reps on MEDDIC qualification and value-based selling
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B enterprise technology sales
- 2+ years managing quota-carrying AE teams
- Proven track record of recruiting and retaining top sales talent
- Experience selling complex technical products to technical and business buyers
