You'll build and lead a team of 5-6 Account Executives for a high-growth application security platform. You'll drive revenue through value-based selling and cross-functional collaboration with CS, SAs, SDRs, and Marketing.   • Coach reps on MEDDIC qualification and value-based selling

  • 5+ years in B2B enterprise technology sales
  • 2+ years managing quota-carrying AE teams
  • Proven track record of recruiting and retaining top sales talent
  • Experience selling complex technical products to technical and business buyers

  • Background in cybersecurity or developer tools
