You'll lead BAS system design from concept through startup, owning control drawings, sequences, and submittals. Your work will be the technical reference for mission-critical facility projects. This role offers technical ownership and defined engineering standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical design of BAS projects from scope review through startup
• Create control drawings, sequences of operation, and submittal packages
• Configure BAS controllers and develop system architectures
• Support commissioning and resolve field-level technical issues

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of direct BAS engineering experience
• Experience programming or configuring BAS platforms (Niagara, Distech, or similar)
• Experience developing control drawings and submittals for live projects
• Strong HVAC and electrical system knowledge
