Description

You will join a small, dynamic team building core components and services for Lookout's cybersecurity platform, owning the full ML lifecycle from research to production deployment. You'll set technical direction, mentor junior engineers, and ensure system quality through robust testing and end-to-end service ownership.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, 5-8 years experience
• Proven track record architecting and deploying practical ML/AI systems
• Expert proficiency in Python and strong software engineering skills
• In-depth experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn
• Hands-on experience with ML infrastructure (MLOps): feature stores, model management, training/serving pipelines

Responsibilities

• Own the full machine learning lifecycle from research to production deployment and monitoring
• Establish frameworks to train, evaluate, monitor ML/AI systems and prevent model drift
• Address scalability and performance challenges for ML models in production
• Set technical direction as a senior IC and mentor junior engineers
• Participate in on-call duties for services and components
