Description

You will engage one-on-one with patients and customers in a retail cannabis dispensary, using your product knowledge to recommend safe and effective regimens. This role is the heart of the customer experience, ensuring each visitor is paired with the right product and consumption method for their needs.

Requirements

At least 1 year customer service experience preferred
Reliable attendance and ability to work varying shifts
Must be 21 years or older
Pass required background checks and cannabis compliance
Valid driver's license or state ID

Responsibilities

Engage and assist patients/customers in a retail environment
Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety
Recommend safe and effective regimens based on customer needs
Remain up-to-date on product knowledge
Support management in daily retail operations and compliance
