💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques in homes and community settings. You'll build genuine relationships with kids and families while collecting data and communicating progress.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques
• Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools)
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by BCBA team
• Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working with children
• 40-hour RBT training completed
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with neurodivergent children (autism, ADHD)
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies
• Bilingual skills
