Description

You will architect and scale the people systems that enable high performance in a distributed organization, focusing on performance management, employee lifecycle, and data-driven people operations. This role reports to the VP, People and owns the infrastructure that drives clarity, accountability, development, and consequence management across the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 8+ years progressive HR/People experience
  • Built performance systems from the ground up
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and raising standards
  • Data fluent but not data dependent
  • Experience operating in remote or distributed environments

Responsibilities

  • Engineer high performance: design and launch scalable performance management framework
  • Define and operationalize what high performance means by role, level, and impact
  • Establish goal-setting, feedback, and accountability rhythms
  • Scale the employee lifecycle: architect onboarding, development, retention, transitions
  • Define and track people metrics: performance, retention, mobility, engagement
