Description
You will architect and scale the people systems that enable high performance in a distributed organization, focusing on performance management, employee lifecycle, and data-driven people operations. This role reports to the VP, People and owns the infrastructure that drives clarity, accountability, development, and consequence management across the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- 8+ years progressive HR/People experience
- Built performance systems from the ground up
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and raising standards
- Data fluent but not data dependent
- Experience operating in remote or distributed environments
Responsibilities
- Engineer high performance: design and launch scalable performance management framework
- Define and operationalize what high performance means by role, level, and impact
- Establish goal-setting, feedback, and accountability rhythms
- Scale the employee lifecycle: architect onboarding, development, retention, transitions
- Define and track people metrics: performance, retention, mobility, engagement
