Description

You will lead complex global transformations to SAP S/4HANA Central Finance, harmonizing financial processes and ensuring real-time reporting across multiple source systems. You'll define functional specifications, assess simplification items, and collaborate with technical teams in a hybrid environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years in Central Finance with at least 2 full-lifecycle implementations
• Deep experience in FI/CO including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Profitability, and Financial Close
• Strong understanding of finance integrations, data replication (SLT, BTP, CPI)
• Bachelor's degree in IT management or related field
• Fluent English (C1-C2) and native Spanish

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation or migration of SAP S/4HANA Central Finance
• Drive standardization of chart of accounts and financial master data across source systems
• Coordinate finance functional and cross-functional technical teams for data replication and reporting accuracy
• Act as key interface with global finance leadership and local teams
• Manage multi-system and multi-ledger environments ensuring consistency
