You will travel up to 60% to set up and support IT infrastructure at Carvana locations, handle helpdesk support, and ensure system performance and security. Your work directly supports the company's rapid growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Advanced skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP
• Experience with Meraki security appliances and mobile devices
• Knowledge of Mac OS X and G-Suite

Responsibilities

• Travel extensively to set up and support remote locations
• Provide helpdesk support for PC and Mac users
• Configure and maintain networked systems and hardware
• Monitor system performance and security
• Document solutions and manage ticketing system
