Description

As a Senior People Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner and hands-on HR leader supporting the engineering organization. You will collaborate closely with engineering leadership to drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies while executing key people initiatives across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex workloads in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and multi-task
• Experience in a startup environment or aerospace/aviation industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as a dedicated consultant to Engineering leadership, aligning People strategies with technical roadmaps
• Partner with leaders to critically evaluate team structures, headcount planning, and talent makeup
• Manage employee relations matters and provide direct coaching to managers
• Partner closely with People Centers of Excellence to design and deploy programs
• Utilize people analytics to influence leadership decisions and provide practical solutions
