Description

You will lead and grow a team of static and motion designers, overseeing quality control, setting creative standards, and bridging gaps between creative and production teams. You'll also contribute hands-on to high-priority work and mentor designers to help them develop their skills.

Requirements

• 5-7 years design experience, at least 2 in lead/supervisory role
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Hands-on experience with AI generation tools (Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
• Experience on both performance/paid social and brand-level campaigns
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) mandatory

Responsibilities

• Review and QA design work across static and motion deliverables
• Set the creative standard for the team
• Manage and mentor 5-8 designers across static and motion disciplines
• Own the quality of the work your team ships across all brands
• Use AI image and video generation tools as part of production workflow
