🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and logistics assignments
• Manage inbound calls, tasks, and chats for the Logistics team
• Provide level 2 support by taking escalated calls
• Oversee the entire service lifecycle from initiation to completion

📋 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing environment resolving issues over the phone
• Ability to quickly and calmly engage customers to deliver solutions
• Ability to professionally handle high call volume and maintain composure under pressure
