📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain.
• 3+ years in a people leadership role developing managers and teams.
• Proven track record in strategic leadership for complex projects.
• Relentless proactive mindset to cut through ambiguity and engage stakeholders.
