💼 About This Role

You'll join the Middle Office team at Hudson River Trading to ensure smooth post-trade operations for OTC products. You'll work closely with Post-Trade and Accounting teams to improve workflows and reconcile daily position and PnL breaks. This role offers the chance to automate complex processes in a fast-paced trading environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and implement improvements to current workflows with Post-Trade and Accounting teams
• Document complex processes to develop middle office guidelines
• Onboard new trading into existing technology and platforms
• Reconcile daily position, cash, and PnL breaks with internal and external parties

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related technical discipline
• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience with options, derivatives, ETFs, or Fixed Income
• Experience with Order Management System (OMS) / Portfolio Management System (PMS) / Execution Management System (EMS) is preferred
