• Monitor metrics like watch time and CTR to iterate on format

📋 Requirements

• Video/audio editing experience in a content-driven environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition
• Experience producing content that performs across social and thought leadership channels
