💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health visits to adult and geriatric patients in Luzerne County. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, enabling clients to remain safely at home.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform thorough evaluations for speech, language, and swallowing difficulties
• Develop treatment plans based on evaluation and physician orders
• Educate patients and family members on rehabilitative care

📋 Requirements

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in Pennsylvania
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech from ASHA or equivalent education
• Solid computer skills; experience with EMR preferred
