🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on virtual care operations.
• Conduct internal audits of clinical documentation, billing, and coding practices.
• Investigate compliance concerns, hotline reports, and potential violations.
• Develop and deliver compliance training for outpatient and clinic staff.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance or related function.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or similar, or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing regulations and CPT/ICD-10 coding.
