💼 About This Role

You'll guide extensibility and integration projects for the Qualified product within Salesforce, starting with blending critical data flows between the two platforms. You'll own the roadmap for deeply integrating Qualified and Salesforce, acting as a Voice of the Customer advocate. This role is at the heart of AI-driven CRM innovation in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for Qualified-Salesforce integration
• Lead extensibility strategy: build APIs, MCP strategy, third-party integrations
• Engage with customer feedback to inform product decisions and prioritization
• Modernize native integrations for reliable connectivity in martech ecosystem

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of product management experience
• Ability to translate complex customer needs into developer-friendly APIs and workflows
• Strong communicator and collaborator in cross-functional projects
• Data-driven mindset with Agile principles

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem, Agentforce or Marketing Cloud
• Experience with MCP strategy or third-party integrations
