You'll architect scalable ELT/ETL pipelines in Databricks, powering analytics and AI for a mission-driven global healthcare waste management company. Your work directly supports data-driven decision-making across rapidly expanding operations in the U.S., Australia, Europe, and Canada.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines ingesting data from multiple sources into Databricks.
• Develop reverse ETL pipelines to move curated data back to operational systems.
• Transform raw data into structured bronze and silver datasets using PySpark and SQL.
• Optimize ETL performance, storage, and job execution costs.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of data engineering or software engineering experience
• Advanced SQL and Python expertise
• Expert-level experience with Databricks
• Familiarity with GitHub and version control workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of data quality frameworks
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Deep understanding of medallion architecture
