You'll join EquipmentShare to maintain and repair heavy equipment using our T3 technology platform to diagnose and track issues. Your work directly supports contractors and communities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and repair heavy equipment and aerial lifts
• Use laptops and tablets to create and monitor work orders
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist in training lower-level technicians

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Own tools applicable to position
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics
