You'll be the engine that gets our brand's best content into every corner of the construction and surveying ecosystem, not just on our own channels but everywhere the industry and AI models go for answers. You'll turn strategy and assets into a weekly distribution drumbeat across all organic channels, owning the master content calendar and managing social media and community engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Repurpose long-form content into native assets for LinkedIn, newsletters, and communities.
• Own the master content calendar and coordinate distribution across all channels.
• Manage daily social media publishing, copywriting, and engagement.
• Share content and engage in Reddit threads, industry forums, and partner channels.
• Seed narratives in forums and groups to improve LLM ranking.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent B2B marketing experience.
• 1–3 years in tech B2B marketing.
• Professional-level English writing skills with ability to explain technical concepts.
• Hands-on proficiency in Canva and LinkedIn.
• Fluent in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).

• Experience in construction, mining, geospatial, or surveying.
