💼 About This Role

You'll own retention and expansion for ~120 mid-market customers in Italy and Spain, helping them get the most value from our cybersecurity awareness platform. You'll drive growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities while preventing churn. This role offers the chance to structure a new market and shape processes from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own success of ~120 mid-market customers focusing on retention and expansion
• Launch and structure the Italian mid-market segment
• Drive retention by anticipating risks and preventing churn
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities through customer needs understanding

📋 Requirements

• Native Italian speaker, fluent in Spanish and English
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate
• Background in Customer Success or Account Management in tech
• Experienced managing high-volume portfolios measured on retention and expansion
