💼 About This Role

You'll lead the investment strategy and platform-level expansion for Crusoe's global AI data center portfolio. You'll drive the deployment of massive capital into complex land, power, and infrastructure assets. This role bridges institutional real estate investment with high-performance compute infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and execute multi-region acquisition strategy for hyper-scale AI workloads.
• Lead end-to-end execution of complex transactions including PSAs, ground leases, and JV agreements.
• Serve as primary liaison to institutional investors, lenders, and capital partners.
• Own underwriting process and present investment memos to executive leadership and Board.
• Manage due diligence integrating real estate risk with power availability and regulatory hurdles.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of institutional real estate acquisitions or infrastructure investment experience.
• Proven track record of closing $500M+ in individual transactions.
• Mastery of complex JV waterfalls and creative financing mechanisms.
• Ability to understand how energy costs and compute density drive value.
• Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco Bay Area.
