You'll assist with immigration, family, and business law cases at a firm dedicated to helping individuals immigrate to Canada. Your work will directly support clients through the legal process, with opportunities for long-term growth based on performance and initiative.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in preparing cases for immigration, estate, business, or family law.
• Conduct legal research and present findings to senior attorneys.
• Draft and prepare legal documents with accuracy and detail.
• Attend court proceedings and mediations under senior lawyer guidance.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in any Canadian province.
• 1-2 years of experience in immigration, estate, business, or family law.
• Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
