• Coordinate complex interview scheduling across multiple calendars and time zones
• Serve as primary contact for candidate logistics and communication
• Partner with recruiters to resolve scheduling challenges
• Identify and implement improvements to coordination workflows

📋 Requirements

• Exceptional English communication skills
• Experience in recruitment coordination or talent operations
• Proven experience managing high-volume scheduling across stakeholders
• Strong organization and attention to detail
