Description

You will manage day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs, including affiliate communications, reporting, recruitment, and fraud checks. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to grow your skills in partnership marketing while working with a global team.

Requirements

• Fluency in German.
• 1-2 years of work experience; background in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing beneficial.
• Familiarity with affiliate networks and SaaS platforms (e.g., ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, formatting).
• Knowledge of HTML is a plus.
• Ability to travel when necessary for conferences and team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client and affiliate communications, including creative newsletters and updates about promotions and program developments.
• Develop relationships with clients and partners to understand their goals and objectives.
• Utilize Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) to produce detailed reports, track performance, and analyze data for insights and trends.
• Summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations to optimize program performance.
• Own and manage client tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed accurately.
• Manage multiple affiliate campaigns, maintaining balanced focus and organizing tasks by priority.
• Identify areas for process improvement and provide proactive support to peers and clients.
• Manage risks, track fraud, and ensure compliance with program terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with peers and management to contribute ideas for process improvements and training.
