You will join a cross-functional team building tools, APIs, and integrations for Remote's HR and Payroll platform. Your work will enable global employment compliance and help shape the future of work.

Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals with experience shipping production systems
• Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows
• Ability to think in systems: define specs, break down plans, instrument verification
• Experience with Postgres (or similar)
• Experience with CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins or similar)

Responsibilities

• Lead development of major team-scoped projects and participate in cross-team initiatives
• Provide technical feedback, suggest product improvements, and participate in code reviews
• Debug and solve technical and business issues
• Mentor and guide other engineers
• Design and implement agentic workflows end-to-end
