You'll lead visual merchandising strategy for an ALO store, ensuring customer-ready presentation at all times. You'll own planning, product placement, and team execution to drive salesfloor KPIs. This role combines creative merchandising with business analysis.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Champion visual standards using business performance data
• Plan and execute visual floor changes within budget
• Identify product placement opportunities via reporting tools
• Lead and develop Visual team through coaching

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shift
• Open availability including weekends and holiday blackout period
