Description
As a Partner Sales Director, you will align ecosystem and field sales strategies to develop territory plans for customer lands, expands, and value realization with partners. You will drive partner sales execution, manage demand generation, and convert proofs into long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- 7+ years equivalent experience in Consulting, Partner Manager, GTM Manager, or AE within SaaS
- Sales and ecosystem delivery experience within US Public Sector - Federal
- Experience working with consulting and tech partnerships
- Strong ability to build and navigate long-term relationships with customers/partners
- Project management skills to organize and manage multiple streams
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory partner plan with ecosystem teams
- Originate and drive partner sales with field sales and partner account teams
- Guide sales leadership on priority industry partners and facilitate executive alignment
- Identify and drive strategic priority offerings and campaigns to generate pipeline
- Capture joint success stories and support marketing and sales campaigns
