🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary contact for brokers on Non-QM files
• Review loan packages for submission standards and guidelines
• Collect and validate income, asset, credit, and disclosure docs
• Maintain accurate status in LOS and respond to QC findings

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years mortgage operations experience with 2+ years Non-QM
• Strong knowledge of Non-QM guidelines and Third Party workflows
• Prior experience as a Third Party Account Manager, Processor, or Coordinator
• Clear communication and LOS platform familiarity

• BA/BS degree preferred
• Experience with high-volume pipeline management
