💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement the Master Data Governance framework for a federal S/4HANA program, ensuring enterprise-wide master data quality and compliance. You'll orchestrate the transition to a centralized Single Source of Truth using SAP MDG, automating workflows and enforcing business rules. This role offers the chance to lead data strategy for a top-tier client in the public sector.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design SAP MDG architecture and define data models for all domains
• Establish data standards, naming conventions, and validation rules
• Configure MDG including Data Modeling, UI Modeling, and Workflow
• Lead strategies for initial data load, deduplication, and mass changes

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with SAP MDG implementations (MDG-F, -S, -C, or -M)
• Hands-on experience with SAP MDG technical framework (BRFplus, ABAP OO, BADIs)
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA Business Partner concept and Universal Journal impact
• US Citizenship and active Secret clearance required

• Expert knowledge of SAP Activate methodology for data workstreams
• Experience facilitating data governance councils and advising senior leadership
• Familiarity with federal data standards and audit readiness (FIAR)
