💼 About This Role

You'll lead troubleshooting and repair of complex electrical systems and collaborate with engineers on equipment reliability improvements. You'll serve as a technical mentor and drive root cause analysis to minimize downtime.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead troubleshooting of complex electrical faults on production equipment
• Perform planned and corrective maintenance on PLCs, VFDs, and instrumentation
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis on recurring equipment failures and implement fixes
• Mentor Technicians I–III and collaborate on equipment installations

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in high-speed manufacturing or process industry
• Strong proficiency with Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs
• Advanced skills with electrical test equipment including oscilloscopes and thermal imaging
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA electrical safety standards

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience with SCADA systems and industrial networking (Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet)
