💼 About This Role

You'll be the technical cornerstone for Replit's largest accounts, owning the end-to-end technical relationship from pre-sales to multi-year expansion. You'll drive adoption and expansion by building live apps and configuring Replit's platform for enterprise needs. This role offers the chance to influence $5M+ in annual recurring revenue while shaping how organizations become AI-powered.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run deep technical discovery and design winning strategies for complex enterprise deals.
• Build live functional applications during executive meetings to prove value.
• Write and deploy MCP servers to connect Replit Agents to customer data.
• Lead enterprise governance by configuring workspace policies and AI security templates.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years in technical customer-facing roles at B2B SaaS or dev tools companies.
• Replit power user with demonstrated experience building on the platform.
• Enterprise depth: ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical executives.
• Production engineering skills including code (JS/Python), APIs, databases, CI/CD, cloud architecture.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-powered dev tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, etc.).
• Understanding of AI Evaluation patterns (Evals) and Context Management (RAG).
• Background in DevOps/cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) or SRE.
