💼 About This Role

You'll own production efficiency and reliability for Veeam's Data Cloud platform. Your core impact will be handling complex escalated issues and driving long-term fixes across engineering teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a modern SRE organization from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own complex production issues and drive long-term fixes
• Develop and maintain production monitoring systems
• Define and maintain SLIs/SLOs for key services
• Lead post-mortem reviews and drive improvements

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in software engineering, site reliability, or production engineering
• Experience with log analysis and advanced troubleshooting
• Basic programming in JS, Go, Typescript, Java, or C#
• Experience with public cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior on-call or incident response experience
• Background in automation or performance testing
• Familiarity with compliance or security best practices
