💼 About This Role

You'll design end-to-end product experiences for new ventures at a Barcelona-based studio. You'll own the UX across the full product lifecycle, working with AI tools to prototype and iterate rapidly. This role combines deep product thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end product experiences from discovery to polished UI.
• Own user experience across research, ideation, prototyping, testing and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new products.
• Build and evolve design systems and reusable components.

📋 Requirements

• Product Design experience with strong portfolio showing end-to-end thinking.
• Excellent UX/UI design skills, highly pragmatic and execution-oriented.
• Active use of AI tools in design workflow for research, prototyping, and iteration.
• Proficient in Figma and comfortable with prototyping tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with 0→1 products, startups, or venture studios.
• Built internal tools or MVPs using AI-assisted workflows.
• Excitement about how AI reshapes product design.
