You'll define the product validation strategy for Wayve's automated driving products, working across teams to turn product goals into validation plans and OEM-facing evidence. Your core impact is ensuring release-readiness recommendations are backed by comprehensive validation evidence. This role offers the chance to shape validation approaches for cutting-edge Embodied AI technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own product validation strategy for core and application projects.
  • Define system-test process across simulation, HIL, vehicle tests.
  • Translate product goals into validation plans and acceptance criteria.
  • Provide technical leadership for validation execution on platforms.
  • Build and maintain OEM-facing validation artifacts.

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience owning validation for ADAS or automated driving products.
  • Hands-on SIL/HIL/VIL validation execution for software-centric automotive projects.
  • Strong understanding of system-level integration and verification across test instances.
  • Experience creating OEM-facing validation artifacts with requirements traceability and ASPICE evidence.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with L2+ hands-off, L3, or L4 automated driving systems.
  • Formal ASPICE or safety case exposure.
  • Experience with AI/ML-based driving systems and data-driven validation loops.
