💼 About This Role
You'll build and lead FLORA's SDR team from scratch, shaping the top-of-funnel engine. You'll design playbooks and partner with Sales and Marketing to turn creative interest into predictable revenue. This foundational role offers the chance to architect systems at a venture-backed, early-stage startup.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Design and iterate SDR playbooks for multi-channel outreach
- Manage and mentor a team of 5-7 SDRs
- Identify and map high-value accounts within ICP
- Optimize inbound signals and speed-to-lead processes
📋 Requirements
- 4–6+ years B2B sales experience
- 2+ years directly managing SDRs
- Modern stack mastery with Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup
- Background selling AI or SaaS into new categories
