💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead FLORA's SDR team from scratch, shaping the top-of-funnel engine. You'll design playbooks and partner with Sales and Marketing to turn creative interest into predictable revenue. This foundational role offers the chance to architect systems at a venture-backed, early-stage startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and iterate SDR playbooks for multi-channel outreach
  • Manage and mentor a team of 5-7 SDRs
  • Identify and map high-value accounts within ICP
  • Optimize inbound signals and speed-to-lead processes

📋 Requirements

  • 4–6+ years B2B sales experience
  • 2+ years directly managing SDRs
  • Modern stack mastery with Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
