💼 About This Role

You'll provide legal support to carpool business teams at a leading community-based travel app. You'll handle platform regulation, e-commerce, consumer protection, and commercial contracts across multiple European jurisdictions. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-growing tech company with a hybrid work model in Paris.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise carpool and energy savings business teams on regulatory compliance.
• Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters.
• Draft and negotiate contracts (commercial, partnership, marketing, license).
• Collaborate with government relations to respond to regulator requests.

📋 Requirements

• 6-8 years experience as a qualified EU lawyer in tech companies.
• Knowledge of Spanish law and experience with commercial contracts.
• E-commerce, platform regulation, and consumer protection expertise.
• Full working proficiency in French, English, and Spanish.
