🎯 What You'll Do

• Work clinical shifts managing emergency cases
• Coach doctors on medical excellence and customer experience
• Assist Medical Director with scheduling and coverage
• Lead monthly doctor meetings and M&M rounds

📋 Requirements

• DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree
• 2+ years of ER experience
• Willingness to lead and support fellow doctors
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
