As the designer for our Growth team, you'll own onboarding flows and conversion optimization, shipping experiments quickly and iterating based on data. This role balances craft with velocity, working with product, engineering, and data analysts to drive measurable growth outcomes.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Proven track record with growth teams
• Experience designing onboarding flows and conversion features
• Ability to balance creative vision with testing and optimization
