💼 About This Role

You'll keep office, lab, and production spaces running smoothly in a fast-moving semiconductor startup. You'll handle maintenance, repairs, equipment setup, and vendor coordination across all areas. This role is hands-on for someone who loves fixing things and solving problems on the spot.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform day-to-day facilities maintenance and repairs across office, lab, and production areas.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues with building systems, equipment, fixtures, and infrastructure.
• Handle small construction and install projects (furniture, shelving, cabling, etc.).
• Support lab and R&D teams with equipment moves and setups.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on facilities, maintenance, or technical trade experience
• Comfortable with general maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and building systems
• Experience with preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Able to work independently and figure things out without heavy oversight

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade certification or technical training
• Experience in semiconductor, hardware, lab, or manufacturing environments
• Experience supporting fast-growing or startup teams
