Own and evolve total rewards strategy across compensation, equity, and benefits at a high-growth tech company on the path to IPO. You will shape frameworks, guide complex decisions, and partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Talent to ensure programs are competitive and scalable.
Requirements
- Deep experience in total rewards at high-growth tech companies
- Experience scaling compensation and equity in late-stage private or pre-IPO
- Expertise in compensation strategy, equity design, incentive plans, and benefits strategy
- Ability to operate as a strategic individual contributor with high ownership
- Strong cross-functional partnership with Finance, Legal, and Talent
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve total rewards strategy across compensation, equity, and benefits
- Shape compensation philosophy, benchmarking, leveling, and job architecture
- Lead compensation planning and guide complex decisions
- Design incentive compensation plans for go-to-market roles
- Define equity strategy and build IPO readiness roadmap
