- Answer customer calls and emails for software/hardware troubleshooting
- Document and track incidents in Freshdesk ticketing system
- Handle escalations and prioritize queue tickets
- Perform backlog cleanup and follow up on open dispatches
π Requirements
- 2+ years of client-facing technical support experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting methodologies and quality testing
- Experience with support ticketing software (Freshdesk preferred)
- Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networks
