📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience in ReactJS and TypeScript
• Ability to balance flexibility and simplicity in system/component design
• Clean communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience designing for scale, maintainability, and production excellence

• Fintech, payments, or regulated industry experience
• Experience with OAuth2.0, API design, or developer documentation
• Experience building BFF services or API aggregation layers (Node.js or similar)
